At LashAmourè , we take pride in providing high-quality lash products. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all lash sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanged on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and offer a replacement if approved.
Refunds are on issued if:
The items are out of stock and cannot be replaced.
An order was duplicated by mistake
We are unable to fulfill your order.
